About Teachers
- Yes, at the time of trial class you will be assigned with a teacher. If you are not comfortable you can always opt for a different teacher.
- Speak to the coordinator and if your concerns are legitimate you can change the teacher to your choice.
- All our teachers are professional musicians and most of them are certified.
- Yes, if there are more than one teacher available for the same subject.
Class information
- Multiples of 60 minutes class per week.
- Ours being an online class, it is your choice to choose the lesson and timing to suit your needs. Once chosen, the timing and the class cannot be changed for a month.Â
- For instrument lessons, we will not exceed more than 3 students.
- For vocal lessons, it is the discretion of the teacher to decide the number of students.
- This restriction is laid due to focus and concentration towards students by the teacher.
- It is 60 minutes per class. All classes will start on time and end on time. If you need to take accelerated class on multiples of 55 minutes, please speak to school coordinator or your teacher.
- One student with one teacher is the 1 on 1 class.
- No, not at this time due to COVID
- We recommend student to complete 6 years of age. However, we can discuss with student/parent to see if they are ready to understand the instructions and teaching
- Yes, any student above age of 6 are welcome to join. No upper age limit restrictions apply.

Fees
- The fees can be paid through Zelle, PayPal, Check or Credit card.

- No late fees are acceptable.
- If the student doesn’t pay the fees, he or she will not be able to take the class.
- No. The missed class will be replaced by a make-up class based on teacher and student understanding.

- No contract is applicable. If a student leaves in between a month fee for that month is not refundable.
Syllabus and Curriculum
- Check classes for the list of courses
- No learning material covered in the fees. The students can purchase the institution recommended material from online or external store.
- Yes, you need to have the relevant recommended music instrument for the class and practice.
- Talk to your course coordinator or teacher and they will help you to select the recommended music equipment.
- You may need to check with the course coordinator or your teacher if it is the right learning/practicing equipment.

Virtual Technology
- IPAD or a computer (with Camera capability)
- Internet connection (good bandwidth)
- Stand or table to hold the iPad or Computer
- Keep the iPad or computer on a table or stand.
- Focus the instrument the student using (to enable full view)
- Turn the volume to 95% (do not turn 100%, it may distort)
- Click the zoom or team video conferencing link (given by your teacher) to get connected.
