General

• Prior knowledge of music not a requirement. 
• Students are expected to put honest effort to ensure adequate practice at home.
• It will be the teacher’s prerogative to decide the placement of a student within existing groups/batches afterassessing the skill level of the student. 
• It is solely the teacher’s discretion topromote or upgrade any student for the next learning level, after considering the progress of the student.  

Absence or Leave Policies

• Classes will be held regularly as per the schedule.
• In case of a student missing a scheduled class with a minimum 12-hour notice, we will provide amakeup lesson opportunity on another day within the same calendar month.  
• In the case of a studentmissing a scheduled class with less than a 12-hour notice, no makeup lessons will be offered. 
• If a teacher must beabsent, students will be notified by phone or email, and a make-up class will be scheduled by the teacher at a mutually convenient time. 
• Absencesare only subject to make-ups.
• No credit or refund for missed classes.
• In the case of the teacher being ill or forced to cancel classes, affected students will be able to reschedule their class.
